Hope House Transitional Housing

Hope House serves adults age 18 and older who need structured transitional housing and are working toward stability and independence. Applicants must be able to live safely in a community setting, participate in program requirements, remain substance-free, and follow Hope House policies. All referrals are reviewed individually. 

Eligible residents may remain for up to 24 months. Length of stay depends on individual needs, progress toward established goals, program participation, and continued eligibility. 

Required documents vary by referral. Common items include a completed referral or intake application, identification, medication information, provider contacts, legal or supervision documents when applicable, and other records needed to evaluate placement. Hope House will provide the complete checklist during screening. 

Yes. Hope House charges program fees and a one-time administrative fee. A reasonable payment plan or funding source must be established before admission. Funding may come from employment, benefits, family, churches, community organizations, agencies, grants, or other approved sponsors. Applicants awaiting benefits may still be considered individually.

Yes. Registry-eligible referrals may be considered for the men’s program in Autryville. Every referral is subject to individualized legal, safety, and program screening. Consideration does not guarantee admission.
