Hope Inside Inc. began with the following inspiration and design: Our motivation in founding Hope House was that every person deserves a chance for a new beginning. Whether that new beginning entailed transitioning out of their parent's home or coming from a previous placement, we wanted this home to be a fresh start. We design homes with the philosophy that we would not expect anyone to live in a home that we couldn't see ourselves living in or that parents/guardians couldn't see themselves living in as well. Envisioning yourself being comfortable and happy in a home is a priority because where you hang your hat is important! Hope Inside Inc. is dedicated to providing high-quality independent living services for those in need. Hope House offers a range of services, including room and board, limited transportation, housekeeping, laundry, daily nutritious meals, and snacks. Hope House provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals who may need some assistance with daily living. Our trained staff is available to ensure that our residents receive the care and attention they need. Our goal is to help our residents maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.

Ms. Tiffani Pearsall – Program Director

Ms. Tiffani Pearsall serves as Program Director, providing leadership and oversight for program operations, staff development, and community partnerships. She is committed to strengthening services that support justice-involved adults through person-centered, trauma-informed, and peer-driven approaches.

Drawing from her lived experience, Ms. Pearsall brings authenticity, insight, and compassion to her leadership. She is a strong advocate for peer support as a pathway to empowerment, accountability, and sustainable change. Her work focuses on reducing barriers, promoting dignity, and creating supportive systems that help individuals achieve long-term stability and successful community reintegration.

Ms. Cassandra Tyler – Program Manager

Ms. Cassandra Tyler serves as Program Manager, supporting daily program operations, service coordination, and staff collaboration. She plays a key role in ensuring participants receive consistent, timely, and person-centered support.

With a strong focus on organization, communication, and continuity of care, Ms. Tyler works closely with community partners and program staff to reduce barriers and promote positive outcomes. Her approach emphasizes respect, accountability, and practical support that helps individuals maintain stability and move forward successfully.

Mrs. Kiara Mungo – Office Manager

Mrs. Kiara Mungo serves as Office Manager, providing administrative leadership and day-to-day operational support to ensure efficient and organized program functioning. With over 10 years of experience in administrative and program support, she oversees office coordination, scheduling, documentation, and internal communication.

With a strong focus on professionalism, accuracy, and service excellence, Mrs. Mungo plays a vital role in supporting staff and maintaining a welcoming, well-structured environment. Her work helps ensure program operations run smoothly so services can be delivered effectively to the individuals and communities served.

Admissions

We have several programs and we welcome adults seeking housing, support, guidance, community reintegration, and independent living skills. Admission begins with a referral or inquiry, followed by a brief screening to determine eligibility and needs. Eligible participants meet with staff for an intake session, where individualized support plans are developed.
